Yes, pull out the manual for your motherboard, you will need to connect the power for the led lights to specific pinouts on your motherboard for them to work properly, as you should for your cooling fans as well.
if we had your motherboard model number this would be easier, but ifyou have the manual you should be able to get this done without too much issues, the manual has picture diagrams to help.
Make sure to disconnect your ac plugin from the wall to power supply, dont want to zap yourself.
